I am a human-centered strategist. I make things that solve real problems, for real people in ways that drives successful business outcomes using design thinking, lean, and agile methods.
This site captures professional, volunteer, and student work that I have done over my career – its aim is not to be comprehensive, but rather to capture the gist of how I work and think.
Since 2013, I have been a design strategist at Humana. My work has spanned the enterprise. I started by creating a research-based model of the end-to-end member journey that has unified how Humana talks about the member experience and driven transformative change across the enterprise.
